Chaz Elsten grew up on the east side of the city and attended Sahuaro High School before earning his degree in Education from the University of Arizona. His background in education sparked a passion for helping others understand complex information—something he now brings to every real estate transaction.

Chaz believes that buying or selling a home is one of the most important financial decisions a person will make, and he is committed to ensuring his clients feel informed, confident, and supported throughout the process. Known for his accessibility and clear communication, Chaz prides himself on being available to answer questions and guide clients through every step to ensure a smooth transaction.

Before entering real estate, Chaz spent four years as a classroom teacher and ten years working as an insurance agent. He later transitioned into the housing industry, working seven years as a licensed mortgage broker before becoming a real estate agent. This unique combination of experience in education, insurance, lending, and real estate allows him to provide clients with a well-rounded perspective and valuable insight into the financial side of homeownership.

Outside of work, Chaz is deeply involved in his community. He actively supports his children’s activities, participates in the school parent group, and serves as Scoutmaster for his son’s Boy Scout troop. He serves on the board for the Foothills Club of Tucson(501c3) and supports the organization Flags for the Flagless.
When he’s not working with clients, Chaz enjoys spending time with his wife, Monica, and their two children. In the fall, you can often find him tailgating before every University of Arizona home football game. He also enjoys movies, trying new restaurants, golfing, and relaxing by the pool.
